We are excited to welcome Ryan & Baylee Campbell to the Highlands. They live at the intersection of Highland Drive and Sierra Avenue. Ryan grew up near West Haven and Baylee was raised in Syracuse. They graduated from Fremont High School and met again at the gym after Ryan served his mission in Washington State and after Baylee lived, worked, and became an avid surfer in Hawaii. They’ve now been married for 18 months and live with their awesome golden doodle. Ryan works in the solar industry and Baylee has a consignment business. Welcome to Chris and Shannon! We’re excited to welcome our newest neighbors, Chris Cipolletti and Shannon Arrington who live at the intersection of Highland and Wasatch Drive. Chris was raised in Pennsylvania and Shannon in Alabama. They met after high school when they both moved to Colorado to enjoy the Rocky Mountains and attend college. Shannon loves Chris’ adventurous spirit, kind heart, strong work ethic, and commitment to their marriage and daughter Maz. Chris admires Shannon’s natural goodness, willingness to help anyone, and fun-loving nature. Chris has always loved skiing and worked his way up in the ski industry from lift operator, snowmaking manager, and trail crew manager to snow surfaces manager. Shannon has always enjoyed all kinds of sports and went into psychology and counseling for her university studies. She now works to support victim services for the State of Utah.
