Spotlight on the Witchey Family.  We are thrilled to introduce and welcome our wonderful new neighbors, Tom and Katie Witchey, along with their two delightful daughters, Jayden (8) and Raegen (4) who live on Sierra Avenue. Originally from Ohio, both Tom and Katie have an impressive background in communications. Katie, a proud first-generation graduate of Ohio State University, has built a dynamic career, working for a couple of notable companies as a sales representative.  Tom, a graduate of Ithaca College, has also succeeded in his career in the medical device sales field. After spending time in Denver and Salt Lake, they have found a peaceful new chapter here in Mountain Green, where they feel a sense of comfort and renewed energy. Their daughters are already thriving in their new environment! Jayden, who enjoyed playing soccer this past year, has made a new best friend, and Raegen is loving her tumbling classes. Tom and Katie’s adventurous spirits and love for trying new things have guided their journey, and they are excited to embrace life in the Highlands where they’ve appreciated the friendliness of the community. Katie’s outlook on life—working hard, understanding others, and a willingness to learn and grow from experience—brings positivity and strength to all who meet her. We’re lucky to have Tom, Katie, Jayden and Raegen in the neighborhood and look forward to seeing them flourish here!

Spotlight on Huey & Milo. Hi our names are Huey (5)  & Milo (2). We live with the Hills at 5644 Meadow Circle. We are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I was born in Enid, Oklahoma & my brother was born right here in BeaUTAHful Utah! Our breed is known for being lap dogs and we take our jobs VERY seriously!! Our family loves to take us for walks, but mom gets mad when we try to eat turkey poop. 😝 We get lots of love and snuggles and we mesmerize our family with our adorable puppy dog eyes and head tilts to get whatever we want. If you see us stop and say hi. Have a tail wagging day! Huey & Milo Hill.

    Happy New Year! As we begin a new year, we naturally pause to reflect on the past year. In 2023 we came  together and helped  one another during a crazy snowy winter and spring thaw. We celebrated new neighbor move-ins, new baby births, and several weddings. We mourned the loss of neighbors who passed away. Thanks for a Fun (and sunny) Summer Bash! After a stormy, rainy afternoon, the clouds parted – and the sun came out just in time for our Highlands get-together at the park last Saturday. Thanks to those who organized our annual event and to all our neighbors who brought their smiles and tasty dishes to share. A good time was had by all, and we were grateful the weather didn’t turn out similar to the hurricane-like storm we had a couple of years ago!  (See more Summer Bash pics below.) Farewell to Ken Clark. We will miss Ken who passed away on March 27, 2024. Ken was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was quick-witted and always good with a story to make you laugh. Ken was a talented manufacturing engineer and used his design and practical know-how both at work and at home. He was always there to help a neighbor and serve his community. He will be missed, especially by his family and his “little slice of heaven” wonderful wife, Chris.
